The Office of Student Services is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Please note that the office is closed from 12:00-1:00 p.m.
Walk-In (Same Day) Appointments
Mornings: Mondays - Fridays 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Sign-ups start at 9:00 a.m. We recommended that you come early to sign up.
Afternoons: Monday - Friday 1:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. Sign-ups start at 1:00 p.m. We recommend that you come at 12:50 p.m. and wait outside our office to sign up.
Walk-in appointments are 15 minutes in length available everyday during certain hours. You must come in person to sign-up for appointments. Space is limited so we recommend that you arrive early to sign-up as these appointments are made on a first-come first-serve basis.
Advance Appointments
Advance appointments are 30 minutes in length and are scheduled up to two weeks in advance. You must call at least one day in advance to schedule these appointments. Unfortunately, same day 30-minute appointments are not available. Please call (949) 824-6861 to schedule your appointment. Advance appointments are reserved for current Social Ecology students. Non-Social Ecology majors can still meet with a peer academic advisor or academic counselor during a same day appointments. Please be respectful of our counselors' time and call to cancel if you cannot attend a scheduled appointment so that we may assist other students.
Field Study Office Hours
Come in and discuss your questions about field study with Ashley Vikander, director of field study, on Tuesday afternoons from 1:30-3:30 p.m.
