Stuff I Do in My Free Time: Going to the gym, playing the drums, trying new foods, cruising my motorcycle on coast highway, watching NBA!!!, reading the newspaper, watching documentary films, hiking, home improvement activities, going to the flea market!!! (Especially the Rose Bowl Flea Market – they have the COOLEST antiques and the best finds there!) One Thing People Don't Know About Me: I love sightseeing whether it’s in the city or in the wilderness! Looking down on a city or looking up to the mountains helps me relax, dream, and think. In these moments everything going on in my life is put on hold and I’m reminded of how beautiful the world really is. Favorite TV Shows: Law & Order: SVU, American Idol, Friends, Entourage, American Restoration, American Pickers, SouthLand. Celebrity Crush: Emma Watson What I Recommend Doing at UCI: Sit somewhere for at least 15 minutes and just watch people. | ||

Favorite thing about your job: Helping students make the most of their UCI experience and being there for them in every way possible- as a mentor, a guide, a counselor, a friend Stuff I do in my free time: Eat, sleep, shop, play sports, watch Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (kickin’ it OLD SCHOOL!), try to build muscle mass, run, wear nerdy glasses (they’re actually chic), watch chick flicks, sing, go to church, go on eating adventures, eat One Thing People Don’t Know About Me: I used to model for Louis Vuitton….* If I Could Only Watch One Movie Over and Over For the Rest of My Life, It Would Be: Inception? Remember the Titans? Legally Blonde? Hmmm… What I Recommend Doing at UCI: Get involved. People will always tell you this, but really, get involved. There’s so much to do on campus, so many clubs, organizations, groups, etc. to be a part of, that it’s simply up to you to find something that interests you. I really encourage you to just take a step of faith and try! You’ll be glad you did. | ||

It's nice to get close to and laugh with people whom I never would have met outside of this job. Stuff I Do in My Free Time: I absolutely love to cook! I love looking through recipes and finding new and tasty dishes. I also love to dance, sing and watch hours upon hours of the Real Housewives. One Thing People Don't Know About Me: I was in Miss Teen California 2008. Also, I'm a gangster. If I Could Only Watch One Movie Over and Over For the Rest of My Life, It Would Be: Pride and Prejudice (The one with Colin Firth as Mr. Darcy. For those who like the new one with Kiera Knightly...we have problems) Favorite TV Shows: DEXTER! Nurse Jackie, Big Love and ... Jersey Shore and all the Real Housewives series (don't judge me) One Thing I Can't Live Without: Facebook. I don't know how I ever stalked people before it's creation. Why I Love UC Irvine: I love the people that I have met. Both faculty and students here at UCI have helped shape my future. I love having the feeling that no matter what happens, there is always some sort of resource at UCI that can help me. What I Recommend Doing at UCI: Also, go to the ARC at 6am to see Kobe workout. It may be creepy, but totally worth it. Favorite Singer: Britney Spears. My inner 12-year-old self is still alive and strong. Dream Job: I would like to be a food critic. Getting paid to eat is one of the most wonderful things in the world. If that doesn't work out, I'd like to be a princess. | ||

These include going to workshops, receiving advising, interning and volunteering, joining clubs and so on. Most of these are only available to you while you are still in college. | ||
