The School of Social Ecology accepts applications for graduate school annually for Fall Quarter only. Applications for Fall 2010 admission are now being accepted for review.
In submitting your application, be sure to specify clearly the degree program for which you wish to be considered for admission. This is important because if a student is admitted to a degree program within the School of Social Ecology, transferring to a different degree program requires special procedures and cannot always be guaranteed.

- Applicants must submit their applications by January 15, 2010 to receive full consideration. **Please note that the deadline for Psychology and Social Behavior is December 15, 2009.
- Applications for the Master's of Advanced Study (M.A.S.) in Criminology, Law, & Society must be submitted by April 20, 2010.
- Graduate Record Exam (GRE) scores are required; the Educational Testing Service GRE code for UCI is R4859. All applicants whose native language is not English are required to submit test results to show proficiency in the English language. Please review the Graduate Division chart which shows the test options for non-native speakers of English. The Educational Testing Service code for UCI is 4859. Please consult the Graduate Division website for additional information regarding the English Language requirement for admission.
- Applications must also include all official transcripts; 3 letters of reference; a completed application form; a statement of purpose; and a check for $70.00 made out to the UC Regents. International students are required to pay $90.00.
