Referrals

If you are faculty or staff member and think a student may benefit from SEUA reaching out, please fill out this form and we will reach out to the student.  

Examples of reasons for using this referral would be: not hearing back from the student after many attempts to reach out, academic performance, personal issues.  

If you think the student will cause harm to self or others, please call 911 or the UCI PD. 

Referrals can be made by UCI faculty or staff. If you are a student, please reach out to us directly for assistance.
