ONE FORM PER REQUEST

INSTRUCTIONS:

Use this form for submitting room requests (only during the academic year) to your department SOC Coordinator. This form may be used to request rooms for Discussion Sections, Review Sessions, Special Meetings, or Overflow Rooms.
**Note:  Summer session requests should be emailed to Carol Gardner with the same information - cdgardne@uci.edu

Confirmation of your room request(s) is sent via email to the email address you indicate below.
Please allow 5-7 working days to receive your confirmation notice.

Requests are not instant - you will be notified when arrangements are final.
